Athletic Performance

The basis of our training philosophy for athletic performance is to maximize extraordinary efforts to derive extraordinary results. Through scientific based exercise prescription, our staff of highly educated professionals will allow you to develop levels of skill, conditioning, and confidence that can only be realized until your athletic potential is maximized.

Through the use of state-of-the-art testing instruments, we will develop a program specific to your performance needs. Our facility is designed and equipped to allow for the development of speed, agility, power output, strength, and endurance. Our goal is to provide the technical knowledge and skill for serious athletes and recreational athletes alike while providing extraordinary challenges.

ELEMENTARY (8-11 year old)

The Elementary Program focuses on motor movements which are designed to introduce young athletes to a foundation of fundamental skill development regarding coordination and balance, basic running mechanics, and the development of muscle memory. We not only strive to make the curriculum fun for athletes of all ages, but maintain a kid-friendly training environment. By interspersing games with skills development, providing a dynamic training environment and fostering a sense of camaraderie, we ensure that kids will enjoy every session. Each session is 45 minutes.  

JUNIOR HIGH (12-14 year old)

The Junior High Program is designed to develop neuromuscular patterns: the fundamental skills of speed, power, agility reaction, and quickness. Instruction for proper and essential nutritional habits will be included. These key elements will prepare each athlete for the rigors of high school athletics.  Each session is 60 minutes.  

HIGHSCHOOL /COLLEGE - ELITE (15 year old +)

The High School/College Program provides science-based, customized, sport specific training sessions. These sessions are designed to prepare the athlete for the physical demands of high school, college and professional sports. Scientific metabolic testing is recommended to aid in the development of your individualized training prescription and recognition of athletic improvements. Benefits observed include improvements in running speed, power, agility, quickness, and overall body strength. Each session is 90 minutes.

TEAM TRAINING

Team Training is specifically designed for teams looking to gain an advantage over the competition. Team Training will enhance your team’s speed, power and strength while giving them the ability to create chemistry away from the field or court. Team Training has the same focus and dynamics of our individual Acceleration program with the added convenience and advantage of training with your team utilizing our entire facility.
