When I started physical therapy it was very difficult to move my arm. My range of motion was very limited. It has improved immensely. When I go to see my grandkids in North Carolina it is no longer painful to pay the toll on the WV turnpike. Let me tell you: “That is huge.”

Last week I was in Biloxi & Pascagoula, MS with other Wood County Habitat for Humanity folks putting new houses together. . . No major back or leg problems.  An entire year has gone by without my needing your attention/care.  I can now go up 2 flights of stairs without needing the railing.

I just wanted to thank you again for getting to the root of my knee pain so quickly and finding the remedy that took my ugly limp away. With the limp I looked like an old sixty-one, now I will be able to chase down anyone within ten years of my age. I took a brisk half hour walk with my daughter last night and the leg held up well. . . . I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in January 2004. Winter was rough on me with no activity so my physician recommended physical therapy. In February this year I started at Mountain River Physical Therapy. In a short amount of time I was walking better, stronger and feeling much better . . . I have now finished a series of exercises for my pelvic floor, stomach and bladder and guess what I can now sleep through the night maybe up 1 time compared to 4 or 5 when I started. Thanks for all your help, you have made my life better.
